Cute shoe bonanza: $20 off at for Jolie readers!

I was super tense about the elections yesterday (as well as a few other personal things going on Chez Jolie), so I needed a de-stress plan.

First I did some exercises. I put on Imagine Dragons, blasted “Top of the World” and shook what my mama gave me. Didn’t really work.

I decided tougher measures were in order: whisky. I cracked open a bottle of the brand-new The Balvenie DoubleWood 17 Year Old and tossed in an ice cube. Still no dice.

Finally, I fired up the curling iron and pulled out my makeup bag, primping for an hour (with the music still blasting and The Balvenie‘s deliciousness within arm’s reach, obvs) letting the narcissism soothe my soul.

Success. Beauty girl through and through.

If I am a beauty girl, however, I am a fashion moron, forever flummoxed by how to put outfits together and make the most of my personal style. If Kate Middleton wears it, I like it–but drop me off at a clothing store, and suddenly I’m browsing the racks in a daze, whimpering about how overwhelming and expensive it all is. I’ve been making a considerable effort as of late to grow up and step up my game…but I am still lazy Jolie, after all.

Enter Sole Society, a website with the cutest shoes, all for incredibly reasonable prices–and better yet, with helpful, easy-to-navigate curated boutiques from people like my friend Sydne Summer and Julianne Hough, Sole Society’s newest “Celebrity Fashion Insider.”

I’m obsessed with all of the shoes Julianne’s wearing above–the Stephanie cut-out heels, the Maxwell leather stud booties, and the Aster suede bootiesand these are just a few of the shoes on Sole Society that I’m salivating over. (Come to me, Rumer boots. You must be mine.) Even better, none of these three styles are more than $79.95 (for the Aster). In fact, the Stephanie heels are only $49.95. Oui!

Want to experience Sole Society for yourself? They’ve set up a special code just for Jolie readers: $20 off your first new purchase when you enter the code JOLIE20 at checkout. Enjoy!

Psst: The Sole Society code for Jolie readers is good until December 7th.
