Drinking Veuve Clicquot champagne is a one-way ticket to happy-land for your Jolie. Not only do E. and I celebrate every trip by ordering a glass (or bottle!) of Veuve Clicquot once we’re in the hotel room, but we even re-arranged our engagement trip to Paris so that we could visit Reims and go champagne tasting at the Veuve Clicquot house.
That’s some true love for Veuve.
I was lucky enough to be invited to the inaugural #VCTasting experience at Animal this past week, where we had a range of Veuve Clicquot champagne tasting (including the Rosé and the heavenly La Grande Dame) paired with out-of-this-world dishes.
Next up: Veuve’s annual VC Polo Classic, which takes place every October at Will Rogers State Park in LA and features the sweetheart Nacho Figueras…who sadly broke his hip playing polo in May in England. (The VC Polo Classic is also an annual event in NYC at the beginning of the summer.) It’s been over 6 years since I stopped working for polo legends Carlos Gracida and Memo Gracida, and I still can’t get enough of the sport–I have two polo events in Santa Barbara in the next two weeks alone.
Last year’s VC Polo Classic was tops, and this year’s event promises to be the best yet!
